Nordic Sales & Leadership Team Coordinator

On behalf of Grünenthal, a global pharmaceutical company specialized in pain management and related diseases, Medhouse is searching for a Nordic Sales & Leadership Team Coordinator for a full-time position at Grunenthal’s Nordic HQ in Ørestaden.
The position is full time, reporting to Nordic Country Head & Sales Director.
Objectives and key responsibilities:
To provide administrative support to operational activities of KAM team in the Nordics:
- Support Nordic KAMs in daily activities according to strategy and KAM plans.
- Support Nordic Country Head & Sales Director and Leadership team.
- Lead the preparation, organization, and follow-up of all internal conferences.
- Prepare/verify contracts and invitations according to legislation.
- Registration into Veeva-/Advance & CRM.
- Prepare, organize and follow-up on internal meetings/activities.
- Coordinate invoices/contracts, PO creation.
- Support KAM in omnichannel activities/meetings.
Qualifications and skills:
- Experience as sales team assistant from similar position.
- Experienced in Leadership team coordination.
- Relevant education.
- Good pharma market understanding.
- Proactive, service minded and helpful.
- Structured and well-organized.
- Ability to prioritize.
- Good communication/coordination skills.
- Experienced MS Office user, with high user skills in PPT and Word.
- Fluent in Danish/Swedish language + full proficiency in English.
