Customer Engagement Specialist

On behalf of Bayer A/S, a Global Life Science company we are searching for a Customer Engagement Specialist to join the Danish Cardio-renal sales team.
You will be responsible for generating impactful customer experience that transforms into long term relationships and generate business growth to meet/exceed sales targets. You will enrich the patient journey through key account management / stakeholder engagement. You will manage (regional and national) initiatives through innovative solutions and facilitate digital transformation to serve patients and HCP's.
You will engage directly with customers to create solutions that add value and differentiate the Cardio-renal portfolio offering by using a full range of communication channels.
The position is based in Denmark with focus on Region South, reporting to Customer Engagement Team Leader.
Fields of responsibility:
- Responsible for sales growth and market share uptake for assigned brands.
- Arrange scientific meetings and present to HCP's and other customers.
- Establish long term relationships with thought leaders/stakeholders and Medical Associations in Denmark.
- Orchestrate and execute customer omni-channel engagement in defined territory/accounts aligned with dedicated campaigns.
- Build trustful & long-term customer relationships to HCPs by tailoring information and channel choice.
- Be updated on latest clinical data, brand strategy / tactics, competitive landscape, and standard tools.
- Enrich customer understanding by capturing data, information and insights.
- Contribute to design, update and implement tailored action plans for key customers/accounts in close collaboration with other corporate functions.
- Co-create innovative and value adding solutions with customers.
- Responsible for project management and implementation at national and regional level.
Qualifications:
- University degree or comparable education.
- Strong digital capabilities, and ability to explore and co-create solutions with customers.
- Proven track record in sales.
- Willingness and capability to work in cross functional teams and adapt to changes.
- Knowledge of Cardio-renal patient journey and stakeholders.
- High independence and intrinsic motivation.
- Ability to balance customer orientation with business objectives.
- Fluent in Danish and English.
- Experienced user of MS office & Veeva.
- LIF-Education.
