We are looking for a consultant to an assignment as CRM-manager at a well-known pharmaceutical company. In this position you will have ownership of CRM system and customer database. As the CRM-manager you ensure solid CRM usage for all customer-facing roles in the Nordics and embed a CRM training plan aimed at improving skills of customer facing associates.
You will act as a Single Point of Contact for Nordics Territory Management, Report Definitions, Product Management, Master Data Management. Further you will comprehend and materialize training and support needs in the long and short term.
Your skills:
• Strong analytical skills and digital fluency
• Ability to operate with large amounts of data
• Strong project management skills
• Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office programs
• Good understanding of user interfaces
• Strong communication and presentation skills, willingness to teach others
• Strong drive for superior results and process improvement
• Previous experience with CRM systems considered as advantage, preferable Salesforce/Veeva
• Fluency in English (Verbal and Written) • Preferably one of the Nordic languages
Place of residence: Any of the Nordic countries
Period: Start as soon as possible until August 2021, with high possibility to become permanent.
