FAQ

  • No, we only accept applications made through our ads. The reason for that is because we want to be able to work in a structured way, have all the information about the recruitment process gathered in one place and to ensure that we do not miss updating/getting back to any candidate.

  • Medhouse operate nationwide in the whole Nordics. Our offices are located in Stockholm & Lund (Sweden), Copenhagen (Denmark), Helsinki (Finland) and Oslo (Norway).

  • When you submit your application, you should receive a confirmation email. If you don’t receive a confirmation email (in your regular inbox or spam) in some hours, please contact the recruiter to ensure that your application has been submitted in the right way.

  • Yes, it’s possible. By logging into your account through our website, you can upload a new version of your CV or add more information on your profile.

  • Our ambition is to get back to you within 2-3 weeks after you submit your application. If you have any questions about your application, you are always welcome to contact the recruiter for the position (the recruiters’ contact details are available at the bottom of each ad).

    If your profile is relevant to the position, we will contact you for a telephone interview. Otherwise, you will receive feedback by email.

  • Of course, we understand that more than one job can be interesting and at Medhouse it’s no problem to be involved in more than one recruitment process at the same time.

  • As a Medhouse consultant, you are a part of our large, hand-picked team of highly competent employees. We believe in the long term and want our employees to feel good. No consultant is placed on an assignment and then left by themselves, your consulting manager and your colleagues are with you throughout the assignment. As a consultant with us, you are the most important thing we have, and we want you to feel that.

  • We often use anonymous ads when we advertise consulting assignments to our clients due to confidentiality and because it is employment with Medhouse and not with a specific company. We always present the client by phone or during your interview with us.
