8 tips to increase your chances of being headhunted on LinkedIn


  • Write a short summary about youself.
  • Use the “open to work” function if you actively looking for new positions – that increase your chances to be contacted by us.
  • Expand your network - with a larger network, your chances of being linked with your future dream job increase!
  • Do not forget to fill in your skills and competences.
  • Be Active – look on your LinkedIn at regular basis to ensure that you can answer fast if any recruiter contact you.
  • Keep your LinkedIn-profile updated – when you for example change work, get a new skill or has study a course, remember to add this information at your LinkedIn. It’s important to always have the latest information in your profile to ensure that recruiters are not opting you out because they think you lack some experience or skill, even though you have the right background and competence.
  • It’s always nice to put a face to the name. We recommend having a profile picture.
  • Write about every experience. By writing about what you worked with and what you were responsible for in your previous workplace , it is easier for us recruiters to decide if you have relevant experience for the position we are working in.
