Trainee position at Novartis Medical Graduate Program

Are you a top student recently graduated with an exam in medicine, pharmacy or biomedicine and want to start your career at a world-leading pharmaceutical company?

We are looking for future talents to the Novartis Medical Graduate Program 

Do you have a passion for putting your medical knowledge in use to the benefit of patients?

Novartis wants to find candidates for a one-year trainee program where you will have the opportunity to explore and be trained in different departments with a focus on the medical field.

As a Trainee at Novartis, you will participate in a thoroughly planned program where you will have an in-depth understanding of the core business as well as an opportunity to build a network both locally and globally. You will be part of teams working on specific projects where the patient is in focus and where your ideas and creative ability will be valuable.

Novartis has one of the largest portfolios of drug development projects. This means that you will gain insights into the latest drug research and work to ensure that this research reaches the Danish patients.

We assume that you have as high ambitions as Novartis to develop and accompany them on this journey.

Medhouse is responsible for the recruitment process for the program, so if you have any questions or are interested in applying, please contact Medhouse. The final selection will be finalized at Novartis, and you will then be employed by Medhouse and then hired out to Novartis as a consultant during the training period.

Requirements

• M.sc. in the natural sciences, such as medicine, pharmacy or biomedicine

• Excellent knowledge in Danish and English both in speech and writing

• Important skills: Self-motivated, the ability to communicate and build strong and lasting relations and trust. Being a team player, fast learner, and having an entrepreneurial mindset are very important characteristics. Your skills will include being flexible and comfortable with a constantly changing environment.

Number of positions: 2

Place of residence: Copenhagen and the surrounding area.

Scope: Full time starting November, and then the program is running for 12 months. After these 12 months, there is a good chance to be employed by Novartis.

This is a unique opportunity, and therefore, we want those that apply for a position to be dedicated to completing the entire year.
